The Importance of Pest Control and COVID-19

Pest control services have been deemed an important service if not an essential one, and we have been given permission by given permissionn to re-open.


 This means that we are here to  ensure your homes and businesses remain safe, healthy, and pest-free. 

We have been keeping up with our Government's protocols.  We are taking   taking important steps to ensure the safety of our technicians, as well as our customers and their spaces.


Safety steps we take as recommended by the government of Barbados.

  • We will continue to have soap and hand sanitizer available in the bathrooms, at the front desk, and on our service vehicles.  We encourage our staff  to be diligent with hygiene.


  • We are encouraging our  clients, including their children, who may be experiencing any symptoms affiliated with the Covid 19 to inform us.  




We thought you might like to know that we will be re-opening our doors to the public on May 4, 2020.

The public should bear in mind that routine pest control visits will be resumed and we  will be scheduling pest control inspections and treatments.


Termite control inspections and treatments will resume.   Any persons wanting to schedule inspections or treatments may now do so.


Our Fencing and Metal works division will be ready to install fences, wrought iron gates, burglar bars, and handrails. 


All visits made by Green's Exterminating & Fencing Inc's  Technicians during this period will be conducted under strict observance of Government protocols.


We will not visit homes where residents are self-isolating with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms.

​We pride ourselves on our relationship with our customers.  In these extraordinary times,  all Technicians and Staff members to observe the Government guidelines regarding social distancing and the wearing of protective gear.

Tips to prevent the spread of the virus?

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. 

  • Wear masks at all times while traveling.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick. (Close contact is defined as 6 feet.)

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray and wipe.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.   Singing happy birthday is a good way to time yourself.
